TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your use of aihouserules.com, our Shopify store, and the digital products sold
under the AI House Rules brand. By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
1. WHO MAY USE THE SITE
You must be 18 or older to purchase an AI House Rules product. The site and products are intended for
parents and caregivers, not for use by children on their own.
2. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
The AI House Rules Complete Kit is a digital product delivered as downloadable files. No physical item will
be shipped.
Your purchase includes the product described on the sales page at the time of purchase and any revised
editions released during the six months following your purchase.
Revised editions are updates and corrections to the product you purchased. They do not guarantee entirely
new products, modules, or services.
3. YOUR LICENSE
We grant the purchaser a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read, print, complete, and use
the product within the purchaser’s household only.
Classroom, school, clinic, organization, coaching, public, resale, redistribution, or other third-party use
requires prior written permission from AI House Rules.
You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files.
• Upload the files to file-sharing websites, public platforms, or content repositories.
• Use the files to provide paid services to others.
• Use the files to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models without written permission.
AI House Rules retains all copyright and other intellectual-property rights in its products.
4. PRACTICAL GUIDANCE, NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
AI House Rules products provide general family guidance written for parents and caregivers.
They are not psychological, medical, mental-health, educational, investigative, or legal advice, and
purchasing or using them does not create a professional relationship.
Incident-response material is general and conservative, but it is not exhaustive or a substitute for
qualified help.
Contact local emergency services in an immediate emergency. Consult an appropriate qualified professional
regarding medical, mental-health, educational, investigative, or legal concerns.
Laws, school policies, platform age requirements, safety resources, and reporting procedures vary by
location and may change. You are responsible for checking the current rules and resources that apply to your
family.
5. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES
Every child and family is different. We do not promise or guarantee any particular change in behavior,
academic result, school decision, family relationship, or other outcome.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The site and products may reference AI services, schools, payment providers, government resources, nonprofit
organizations, or other third parties.
We do not control their services, content, availability, or policies. A reference or link does not
constitute an endorsement. You should verify current third-party information and terms before relying on
them.
7. REFUNDS
Our published Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms.
Customers may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase by emailing
support@aihouserules.com. No reason, proof, or personal explanation is required, subject to the details
stated in the Return and Refund Policy.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the site or products to:
• Violate applicable law.
• Infringe another person’s rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the site, store, files, or related systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or extract content at scale without written permission.
9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent
permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of AI House Rules arising from the site or
products will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
AI House Rules will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Some jurisdictions do not permit every warranty exclusion or limitation of liability. In those
jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold AI House Rules harmless from
claims arising from your misuse of the site or products or your violation of these terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws
principles.
This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your
place of residence or purchase.
A dispute may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms when our products, services, providers, or legal obligations change.
The version in effect when you purchase a product governs that purchase. The revised effective date will be
displayed when these terms change.
