Shipping policy

DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

AI House Rules currently sells digital products only. No physical item will be shipped, and no shipping fee
is charged.

HOW YOUR PRODUCT IS DELIVERED

After successful payment, your digital product will be made available through:

• A download link on the Shopify order status or confirmation page.
• A download email sent to the email address entered at checkout.

The AI House Rules Complete Kit is delivered as one Complete Customer Package ZIP file.

The ZIP package includes:

• AI House Rules Kit Complete — 113-page PDF
• Printable Worksheet Pack — 6-page PDF
• Section-by-section accessible PDFs
• README and Sources & Verification files

DELIVERY TIME

Downloads are normally available shortly after successful payment.

Delivery may be delayed if:

• Your payment is pending, declined, or under review.
• The email address entered at checkout is incorrect.
• The delivery email is filtered into a spam or promotions folder.
• Shopify, the payment provider, or another required service experiences a temporary technical issue.

A delayed email does not cause you to lose access to your purchase.

HOW TO ACCESS THE FILES

1. Open the download email or your Shopify order status page.
2. Download the Complete Customer Package ZIP.
3. Extract or unzip the package.
4. Open AI_House_Rules_Kit_READ_ME.pdf or AI_House_Rules_Kit_Complete.pdf.

Please download and store a personal backup copy of your purchase.

DOWNLOAD ACCESS

Download access is currently provided without a fixed download-count limit. We may apply reasonable security
restrictions if a download link is abused, publicly shared, or used in violation of the household-use
license.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If your download does not appear:

1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct.
3. Check your Shopify order status page.
4. Contact support@aihouserules.com from the email address used for the order, or include your order number.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

REFUNDS

Delivery issues are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Customers may request a full refund within 30
calendar days of purchase.
