Refund policy

30-DAY REFUND POLICY
Email support@aihouserules.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase for a full refund. You do not need
to provide a reason, proof, or personal explanation.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email support@aihouserules.com from the email address used at checkout, or include your order number.
2. Tell us that you would like a refund.
3. We will process the refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card
issuer, or payment provider controls when the credit appears.
POLICY DETAILS
• The 30-day request period begins on the date of purchase, not the date you download or open the files.
• Because this is a digital product, there is nothing to physically return. After receiving a refund, please
delete your copies and stop using the material. Your license to use the product ends when the refund is
issued.
• Your refund will be limited to the amount you actually paid, including purchases made with a discount or
promotional price.
• We may decline repeated purchase-and-refund cycles involving the same customer and product.
After 30 days, a standard refund is generally unavailable. However, if you never received the files, your
download failed, or you were charged twice, please contact us so we can investigate and help.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Your download should be available after checkout and sent by email. If you do not receive it, check your
spam or promotions folder and confirm that the email address on your order is correct. Then contact us so we
can help restore access.
A delivery problem does not cause you to lose your purchase.
